Mr. Gao Peng candidly stated that before coming to Jiangsu to work as a distributor, I was a genuine Bitu person.
I remember before joining Bitu, I worked in a public institution in mainland China. At first, I found my 9-5 job very comfortable, but over time, I found it boring and lacking in challenges. More importantly, I felt that my personal development space was limited. After multiple efforts and balance, I resolutely resigned and came to the forefront city of reform - Shenzhen. After several trial jobs, I have chosen Bitu among many excellent enterprises.
After entering Bitu, I started with a challenging sales job. At the beginning, I was not familiar with the industry. Through learning and in-depth understanding of Bitu, I gained a new understanding of the industry and products, and I highly recognized the Bitu team. Therefore, I set my heart to seek common development with Bitu.
Until 2009, with the healthy and standardized development of the company, the dealer system continued to improve, and many outstanding dealers emerged within the Bitu dealer system. At this moment, I have the impulse to start my own business and also want to challenge myself. After multiple efforts and the support and encouragement of the Chairman of Bitu, he successfully became a distributor of Bitu Jiangsu.
Careful management
Due to the role transition, I started as a distributor and had some areas where I didn't adapt. However, with the help of the Bitu team and my own efforts, I quickly passed this period of adjustment and achieved better performance.
As we all know, the economy in Jiangsu region is developed. In order to explore the regional market, we mainly focus on the following key points: firstly, expanding processing service outlets and developing urban distributors; 2、 Strengthen the maintenance and development of existing terminal branches; 3、 Ensure sufficient stock of commonly used patterns and colors in the warehouse; 4、 Encourage and support distributor showroom sampling; 5、 Continuously standardize service processing outlets and improve the service capabilities of distributors.
In order to achieve a breakthrough in sales, on the one hand, we do a good job in warehouse stocking and terminal development, and increase and strengthen the quantity of distributors; On the other hand, effective breakthroughs should be made in engineering.
With the joint efforts of our team, we have completed the full year's tasks as planned in 2016, and I am well aware that this is the result of the joint efforts of the entire team. Our team consists of over 20 people, including 2 sales and service personnel responsible for distributors and terminal services, 2 customer service personnel responsible for daily sales, tracking, shipping, and warehouse management, as well as an independent team of 20 people for processing services.
Create new achievements
As a regional distributor, although I have achieved some results, how to maintain healthy development and growth rate under the pressure of economic downturn and market weakness is the issue that I am currently thinking about the most. Of course, the first step is to always maintain close communication with the headquarters, frequently communicate with regional managers, and jointly discuss operational strategies for our regional market. Secondly, it is to cooperate with each other in the development of daily business and actively implement the company's unified sales policy.
I firmly believe that Bitu's assistance policies will help me achieve better results, but I will also study diligently, improve my management and management skills, and cultivate my three acre land well. Bitu provides a lot of assistance to regional distributors. For example: 1. Regularly participate in customer upstream supporting product alliance activities to bring terminal resources to distributors; 2、 Continuously promote the Bitu brand, making the Bitu brand and products more deeply ingrained in people's hearts; 3、 Utilizing the resources of the headquarters to implement the supporting support for dealer projects, Bitu is a supplier designated by well-known real estate developers (such as Vanke, Evergrande, Country Garden, etc.); In short, Bitu headquarters will develop a series of flexible sales policies in a timely manner in response to market changes and work with distributors to develop the market.

In 2017, I continued to serve Bitu as a regional service provider in Jiangsu, striving to build a strong regional service team, serving distributors and customers well.
